The machine is equipped with roller linear guides on the X, Y, and Z axes to ensure motion rigidity and positioning accuracy. It features a 45° automatic indexing direct-drive milling head (with a self-locking mechanism for reliable locking and a swing speed of 60 rpm), and the milling head spindle is a direct-drive electric spindle, offering high speed and low vibration. The rotary table is driven by a torque motor, enabling rapid 360° rotation (at 40 rpm); the X, Y, and Z-Axis motors are directly coupled to lead screws, with the X and Z axes driven by dual ball screws for synchronized motion, ensuring rapid response and a rapid traverse speed of up to 60 m/min. Equipped with high-flow spindle ring spray cooling, centralized automatic lubrication, and a fully automatic chip removal system, it features the Siemens SINUMERIK ONE system and a 45-tool ATC automatic tool changer, delivering high efficiency and suitability for machining applications across multiple industries.
