HD5B-300 Five-Axis Vertical Machining Center for Blades
This machine features an integrated bed-and-column structure and a low-center-of-gravity design, ensuring both static and dynamic stability. Its compact layout positions key systems—such as guideways and drives—outside the machining area, while the bed’s steep slope facilitates smooth chip removal and optimizes the machining environment. The machine employs five-axis interpolation (X, Y, Z, A, B), with the A and B axes operating in a swivel configuration; the rotary swivel table offers a swivel range of ±40°.
The X, Y, and Z axes are directly connected via imported backlash-free elastic couplings and paired with high-precision roller guides, ensuring high positioning accuracy. The A and B axes are equipped with direct-drive torque motors to enhance spatial precision. Additionally, the machine is equipped with user-friendly protective panels, spindle center air blowing, and a centralized automatic lubrication system with an electric pump. It utilizes the high-end Siemens 840D CNC system, supporting 3D simulation and comprehensive tool management.
