This machine tool is primarily designed for drilling large and medium-sized tubular plates, discs, and other parts where drilling is the primary operation. It offers high hole positioning accuracy and outstanding value for money. The X and Y axes utilize heavy-duty roller linear guides, while the Z axis employs hard rails, ensuring ample rigidity. The X-Axis features a gantry-type moving structure driven by dual servo motors, paired with planetary gearboxes and precision backlash-free rack-and-pinion drives, resulting in high positioning accuracy. Equipped with a spindle from a renowned Taiwanese brand and driven by a synchronous belt reduction system, it delivers high torque. The cooling system utilizes a high-flow, high-head pump to ensure adequate cooling of the cutting tools during high-speed machining.
