This machine features a T-shaped three-point support bed with a rear-high, front-low guide rail design that balances rigidity and motion performance. The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with high-strength roller linear guides to ensure motion rigidity and geometric accuracy. Equipped with a 45° swivel head, it features a small interference zone and high adaptability. The swivel head utilizes a high-torque direct-drive motor combined with a circular encoder, ensuring high rotational positioning accuracy. The swivel head spindle is a high-speed, low-vibration electric spindle, paired with an air curtain dust-proof design to extend spindle life.
The spindle head employs dual-ball screw synchronous drive for rapid response; The five-axis system features full closed-loop control, combined with water-cooled hollow lead screws and bearing ring cooling technology to effectively control temperature rise and ensure machining accuracy. It is equipped with high-flow spindle ring spray cooling, a centralized automatic lubrication system, a dual-spiral + dual-chain chip conveyor, and top chip flushing. The machine is configured with a Siemens SINUMERIK ONE CNC system and a large-capacity tool magazine to enhance machining efficiency, making it suitable for various machining applications in the automotive, mold, aerospace, and other industries.
